My mom is home for a 3 day visit from the nursing home. She got home last night about 7 and doesn't have to be back until Fri around 5pm. This is her 2nd visit in the last two weeks and she's very excited to get to see family that hasn't, for whatever reason, come to see her in the nursing home. Any family or friends if you see this stop by and visit if you like. I know she would be glad to see any and all of you. Tia.

Looking forward to NHRA Drags in Morrison, CO July 9th - 12th. Going to cheer on Ashley Force-Hood and Larry Dixon. Watch for us on ESPN2 that Sat on the qualifying show or on Sun. during eliminations. It's going to be a blast. There is nothing better than the smell of Nitro Methane from an eight thousand horse power fuel funny car or top fuel dragster that's for sure!

Sorry that we had offended someone. I feel really, really, bad for that because we do not have many on our side there. We think you are the greatest so please do not take any offence to what we post here. I will try and be more careful in my wording from now on. Thanks for your input otherwise I couldn't of known to make this right.

As of the time this quote was copied and pasted here, updates had been few and far between. Almost all the ones that had treated me terribly have either been fired (thank god for miracles) or have quit for their own reasons. There are a couple of people in high positions still there but based upon the owner of the facility they will always have a job there. I just don't understand because I cared for my mother to get the best care possible that I was treated the way I was. So the following quote is dedicated to the one's that were not very nice to me and others in my family.

I Have learned a lot about myself lately and my growing capacity for hatred. I sincerely hope each and every person at Carlisle Care Center, Iowa DHS, and Regency Care Center, minus the 4 staff that has been very, very good to my mother & the family, receive the exact same level of care that they have provided for my mother. I apologize in advance to their children but I want every one of these people to suffer through the agony of knowing their children are going broke trying to save them from their fate in nursing home hell. Better yet, I hope their children don't even care that they are being held against their will, drugged against their will, not bathed regularly, have their menus filled out by a CNA who thinks she can decide what someone wants to eat better than they can, while their parents are hit in the head with heavy metal bars from the lift they are forced to use for lack of proper rehabilitation, while they become dehydrated and delirious and noone cares because that's how people in nursing homes are supposed to act; may they receive exactly the same level of care they deem appropriate for OUR mother.
